Absolutely furious with my experience with Homebase online.

Customer service have compounded the problem with delays.

Return Requested: WELL within 14 days due to poor quality, but customer service will not let me return as product has been opened.

@DanjumaJoseph17 @EXNESS @KojoForex Case PMT0000559831. Similar issue here. Exness won’t let me withdraw holding my funds ransom. Deposited using an exchange that uses a hot wallet. So I cannot transfer my funds back to that address as the exchange won’t transfer direct to my account as it is a hot wallet.

@siddharthpsb @FinanceSC @EXNESS Support is a mess they are asking me to deposit more funds before allowing me to withdraw! Sounds like Exness had liquidity issues and holding customer deposits to ransom.

@i_am_optimizer @EXNESS Hi still having the similar issue case PMT0000544040. I have explained the issue and can’t withdraw back to the original account for compliance issues. Please unblock all my withdrawals. If Exness has issues why not block trading but allow withdrawal instead?

@EXNESS @chinmai555 @KojoForex Same issue Exness case PMT0000544040. No response, no reply, only bot answers. Cannot withdraw my funds, for no valid reason. Saying I deposited from unlicensed exchange PrimeXBT which is untrue as Prime is licensed. Let me return the funds from where it came from.
