@damienwoody He's 6'5" and has very good dexterity. If he's on your team and there's a corner kick, he's the go to guy. If they double cover him, similar to American football, someone else is free to get the goal. Goalies are usually the tallest, their goalie is at his height.

@HistoryWJacob It takes as much skill with kicking as catching the ball. It's similarly difficult to throw it to a receiver down field in stride, as it to pass the ball and put it right on the cleat. Soccer fields have been at 100 yards+, it could be set at 100 yards for more action on goal.
