@GMB There should be appropriate, risk-based security measures in place, including regular patrols where justified.

Not about detention, it’s about proportionate security, safeguarding and reassurance for residents and the wider community.

@Halfords_uk I’m extremely disappointed with how my brake disc issue has been handled. Your workmanship left me out of pocket after another garage had to correct the faults. I expected accountability and a fair resolution, but I’ve been left paying the price. Never use you again.

[Tim Marcham @TimMarcham]

I’m hoping @Halfords will reconsider their position regarding brake discs fitted to my vehicle which have since warped.

I trusted the work carried out and simply want a fair review of the issue and an appropriate resolution.

Disappointed with response from @easyJet my snowboard bag was damaged in transit. Apparently, if it still “holds contents” and functions, visible damage doesn’t matter. Customers should expect their belongings returned in the same condition they were handed over #CustomerService

[Tim Marcham @TimMarcham]

Just out of interest. Has anyone else had quality issues with @Halfords_uk with fitting parts at Halfords Garage services?

My safety was at risk

[Tim Marcham @TimMarcham]

@Halfords_uk if the discs warped after fitting and especially if an Audi approved Machanic has indicated poor workmanship, then I belief I have every ground to challenge.

Under the Citizens Advice interpretation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, any garage device must be carried out

With reasonable care and skill
The parts are fit for purpose
And to a satisfactory standard

@Halfords_uk wrapped front discs are ready for inspection

Customers rely on professional workmanship when it comes to braking systems. This experience has been extremely disappointing.

I’d welcome @Halfords reviewing this properly before I escalate further through consumer channels.

Brake discs fitted by @Halfords have now warped, causing vibration and safety concerns.

After having to have them replaced by an Audi machanic to raise the issue, I was advised they would not take responsibility.

When customers trust a company with critical safety components like brakes, accountability and customer care matter.

I’ll now be exploring my consumer rights and independent inspection options.

Disappointed with my experience with @Halfords after brake discs they fitted have warped prematurely.

I’ve raised concerns regarding workmanship and product quality, but have been told nothing further will be done.

@RoyalMailHelp Thank you for the response. It’s been four days now and the app still doesn’t work. I want to record a safe place but your delivery driver could easily contact one of my neighbours to allow entry. I’m at risk of loosing my delivery now!

[Tim Marcham @TimMarcham]

Are you saying at 06:00 on Sunday your app is experiencing this @RoyalMailHelp no other courier has this level of customer service #royalmail #CustomerExperience

[Tim Marcham @TimMarcham]

What is it with @RoyalMailHelp twice the delivery driver has driven off, even when I’ve waved at him to say I’m opening the gate. Multiple attempts on the app (useless) and 10 times I’ve got this. Your workforce are amazing but communication is NOT your best asset. #royalmail

@tvprp would you be prepared to release a freedom of information request on how many motorists were prosecuted last year for driving in the middle lane of the M40, contravention of the RTA? That’s within your constabulary.
