@elias_pratt Is it eligible for resubmission? Tactfully assert your projects strengths while dismantling the reviewers comments. On the side, respectfully notify the review officer that a reviewer didn’t do their job right. They can reassign reviewers next time. Or maybe send it thru fresh.
