Kristen Murphy, 23, of Millersville, was headed to Target at the Shoppes at Belmont when she noticed the cars parked in front of Belmont's Fine Wine & Good Spirits store. "I thought I'd come over," rather than place an order over the phone, she said.

At Park City, women's clothing store J.Jill was among 4 stores to reopen today. A half-dozen women, all wearing masks, gathered near the door this morning in anticipation of its 11 a.m. reopening. "I'm so ready for this," said Carol Weaver, 70, of Ephrata.

The biggest crowd at Park City this morning is outside the Boscov's store. About 2 dozen employees parked their cars here, then went inside to prep for its Saturday reopening.

Stores at The Shops at Rockvale also stayed dark today, with the exception of Direct Tools Factory Outlet. Deemed a life-sustaining store, it's been offering curbside pickup on weekends for weeks.

Bed Bath & Beyond in Mill Creek Square on Lincoln Highway East began offering curbside pickup today, taking advantage of the county designating itself yellow.
