@UK_Daniel_Card Ordinarily I donโt care but there are so many LinkedIn fraudsters out there using awards and spewing crap to help them rip off other people and it makes it hard for the legitimate people to stand out.
If someone did a talk in the form of a dr seus book would that be memorable and insightful or annoying and stupid.
Asking for a friend before their talk submission.
@UK_Daniel_Card I thought that the main reason why we get into cyber security is to help people. I love to help people and Helpdesk is an amazing place to start.
It is a roller coaster ride but knowing you have helped someone is worth it.
@ImposeCost Depending on how success is defined, those who are confident and are able to communicate effectively are the ones who are โsuccessfulโ
The corporate world thrives on those who can talk the talk rather than those who can walk the walk. There are very few who can do both.
@UK_Daniel_Card@UK_Daniel_Card, I have built an unhackable device for all the alarmists to use.
Powered by Zero Intelligence, it will revolutionise the computing world. It canโt be hacked.
It will retail for $1999 and is limited to 1999 units. Order yours now before it is too late
@jfslowik The number of people I speak with who work in CTI donโt know about the Diamond model?
The large majority just focus on IoCs and TTPs and want the platform to spit out exactly what they should do and to automatically generate reports.
@vxunderground For the very low price of $666.66 (plus a free set of steak knives) I can come and exorcise this TV from the demons within.
I have a proven track record (666 and 0) ๐
Please have them contact me so I can rid them of this evil
A little project I have started to help (hopefully) people utilise threat intelligence.
I have started collecting IoCs posted on this platform. Still very much in its infancy but looking to have this updated daily.

Feedback welcome on how to improve..
@WeAreNovation DJโing in Europe in the late 90โs along side some house music legends.
Dropping my first track to a packed crowd and people actually stayed and danced. (Not an achievement, more of a relief ๐ )
@anton_chuvakin IMO itโs both. The customers donโt have the capacity to invest time into getting the full value out of their investment and the vendors are not driving this through their customer success programs.
Most products are under-utilised and just provide enough value to be renewed.
@DuuMayne@ImposeCost I run across this quite regularly. Itโs frustrating because you know you can help someone immediately but they need to come to that conclusion on their own and most of the time they will never admit it and double down or go somewhere else.
I have helped many people. I was there when they needed me, I gave people my own things, I offered them advice, I went and fought for people and I have sacrificed my health to help them.
I never asked for anything in return, yet people treat me like shit and I have no idea why.
