@SouthwestAir After many years of booking flights for my family under Rapid Rewards numbers, I was just told that my account is the only one that accrues points. Why would their accounts exist if not to get rewarded for flights? Can this be fixed?

@RealJamesWoods Heard a CNN anchor ask a reporter if lack of water was a problem. He said only one firefighter said there was low pressure for awhile. The anchor replied, "So it is not an issue, and anyone saying otherwise would not be telling the truth." She needed that to be the answer.
