This is what we call a "Frame Injection" attack

Gabbard made it clear in her announcement, and it was clear in all OFFICIAL sources if checked, that her husbands health was the reason for her resignation.

This wasn't information that came after the fact

But by trimming that bit of information, this account, or whoever this account is skimming, creates a frame. "Why did she resign?!"

If you understand who the target audience of the framing attack is (the retard right), you will understand exactly how they are hoping they try to answer it, that they get comitted to their own answer first, and then will say that the bone cancer is a cover for the REAL reason...
