7:00 am to 7:00 pm: Escorts in both directions every half hour.

395 remains closed secondary to 30-40ft deep avalanche débris stretching 1/2 mile covering the highway just north of Lee Vining

[Caltrans District 9 @Caltrans9]

U.S. 395 from Lee Vining to Bridgeport will remain in a hard closure due to several avalanches from the recent snowstorms and the potential for more at this time. Crews are anticipating additional slides. Caltrans will work to clear these and any new slides after the storm.
