@QuickBooks Great! They have been working on my case for months and again I still cannot access QBs checking either in frequently used and the lending and cash flow tiles are still missing. @intuit @QuickBooks has hidden qbs checking and envelopes when it used to be on the dashboard.

The escalation team still can’t confirm there is actually a problem. The desktop, IOS, android, management get to work!

It’s been a month since working with an escalation team. They still can’t confirm there is a problem and today I still have no access to two tiles. Lending and banking. No access today to QBs checking, envelopes, business checking or credit cards.

Who is constantly changing quickbooks online and why? I am missing data, tabs are missing. Bank accounts are missing. All menus have been moved and renamed. STOP. QBs came out in the 90s. Why the constant need to update it monthly? @sasan_goodarzi @QuickBooks @QBCares
