Rumor that Virginia Tech will be receiving another donation for football this week
James Franklin will have secured 95 million dollars in donations in a week for the Hokies program
I can’t think of anyone besides Cristobal or Cignetti that can rally support like this.
Developing: In addition to the $75 mil, hearing that James Franklin/Virginia Tech are securing another $20 mil donation…👀💰🦃
Virginia Tech is not messing around.

Cmon Nick. Does it need regulations? Ofc…..but saying they shouldn’t get paid cause they might not live up to contract is ridiculous….that happens in every sport.
WOW: Nick Saban say he doesn’t agree with paying college athletes.
“I don’t think they need to be paid. Let’s say I pay a 5⭐️ $400k and he doesn’t perform like a top player, now I lose out on money and the fanbase is mad because the team stinks”
This is one of the craziest stories of the offseason 😳
Former 8-year MLB player Jordyn Adams has enrolled at SMU and will join the football team. Adams was a 5-star WR recruit in the class of 2018 and was ranked above Ja’Marr Chase before deciding to skip college and go to the MLB. 😱
@JATmallet Bro who gives af if you’re siding with one rich group or another rich group. You’re still siding with the 1%!!!
This shit is long overdue. Real fans want parity. And I’m a fan of a team that would have to cut cap to get under the proposed salary. It’s what the game needs.
Owners stand strong! These old guys aren’t gonna want to miss the end of their careers over this & their voices will hold the most weight. This has to be done if we miss some baseball so be it. This is long overdue due.
As the NFL takes a normally uneventful sports days and drops a mega trade and other big moves, MLB and its players are making it clear that fans should begin making non-baseball related plans for 2027. Brilliant move. By that, I mean idiotic.
