“Shock and Awe: Trump’s Return” looks at how these early months of his presidency are playing out far away from Washington. Supporters relish the disruption; some critics are quietly arming up and preparing for threat escalation.
Joe Biden pardoning Fauci & the January 6th committee is the perfect capstone to the worst presidency in any of our lives and offers strong evidence that all of these individuals committed crimes and he’s trying to keep them from facing justice. Why else would they need pardons?

Keeping Care Alive: Hospices in Crisis? Tonight
8.30pm @ITV1 / @ITVX With @DanielHewittITV and @PaulBrandITV
Hospices in Britain help hundreds of thousands of people through some of the hardest times, offering vital end-of-life care, respite for caregivers, and bereavement counselling. But with the cost of care soaring, the current funding model—where on average only about a third of support comes from the NHS and central government—has left many #hospices facing a financial crisis. Increasingly, they rely on donations from cake sales, fun runs, and the generosity of strangers to make up the shortfall, with some now facing the difficult prospect of cutting services or even closing their doors. ITV’s @DanielHewittITV asks what is key to preserving dignity in end-of-life care.
Putting the final touches to our programme on the funding crisis in end of life care, which airs Thursday on ITV1.
I am so grateful to those who opened up to us about their experiences and the hospices who let us in.
