@chooseliberty@BowTiedRanger An easy way to see what's wrong with this typical white supremacist argument is to extend the timeline back 250,000 years. notice that the left side is only "ahead" by a tiny bit at the end. Then ask, does this correspond to the emergence of white people? Or diversity?
@JeffBuntingCPA @dumbmailguy But that's just not equivalent to what the OP (and many others) claim here. My issue with this is that it obfuscates the bigger problem of cognitive testing being racist. I do not care about the NFL, but racist cognitive testing hurts a lot of people
@JeffBuntingCPA @dumbmailguy The practice existed and had been generally used to counteract bias. It would typically benefit the person taking the test for their score to be corrected to account for racial bias inherent in the testing. NFL was exploiting that for the reverse effect on this case
@bengleib@Finkclearly@LazyModerates@cenkuygur You should try to remember, any time you are looking at any issue, every single thing conservative politicians say to you is an absolute lie https://t.co/Mw7RMdATEe
@bengleib@Finkclearly@LazyModerates@cenkuygur The vast majority of undocumented immigrants live in liberal cities and welcome there, you dumb fuck. The outrage is righteous because it is purely about the depraved dehumanizing exploitation of these people for a gross political student.
Studies show us the best way to end hunger is to feed people, the best way to end homelessness is to house them, and the best way to end poverty is to give families cash support.
When we donโt do those things, itโs because we choose not to.
@enjoyerofnews@PeterMDavies80@KFILE@mkraju No, the moderate positions are the nonsense ones. Those moderate voters dont exist. Absolutely nobody supports those moderate positions. Their only purpose is to convince rubes like you that concerns about the more extreme positions are overblown so you don't bother voting.
@enjoyerofnews@PeterMDavies80@KFILE@mkraju Sorry but there just is not any significant block of voters who think there is an election integrity problem but would be satisfied that it's handled if only there was voter id rules and so called anti harvesting bullshit put into place.
@enjoyerofnews@PeterMDavies80@KFILE@mkraju Because the primary positions are a clear agenda which the Republican party has been embracing and working towards, and the general election positions are nonsense disinformation that don't make any sense to anyone, plainly intended only to obfuscate.
@enjoyerofnews@PeterMDavies80@KFILE@mkraju There is no block of moderate voters who do *not* believe the 2020 election was stolen, but *do* believe that elections are at risk of being stolen by Democrats. But there are voters who would come out to block these candidates if they weren't hiding their real views.
@enjoyerofnews@PeterMDavies80@KFILE@mkraju Like I said - the fake moderation is disinformation to stifle energized turnout on the other side voting against. Concerns for "election integrity", abstract of the more extreme "big lie" are not a real thing.
