RECENCY BIAS IS ONE OF THE MOST DANGEROUS THINGS ABOUT INTERNET CULTURE.

We are becoming a generation that remembers someone's latest mistake more vividly than their years of contribution and @Techriztm and @Kelvintalent_ are a perfect example of why we need to be careful.

These are two traders who have spent YEARS contributing to the Forex industry, educating people, sharing knowledge, creating opportunities and adding value to the space.

Now, they launched a signal group, they have taken losses & people are disappointed. Some subscribers are angry. And honestly, they are allowed to be.

If you put your money into something and lose, you have every right to ask questions, demand accountability and express your disappointment.

But there is a difference between holding someone accountable and trying to destroy them.

Some of the things being said online go far beyond criticism.
People are dragging their names, their character, their businesses and, in some cases, their personal lives.

For what?
Because they had a bad run?

A person's worst season should not erase their entire history.

The same people you celebrated yesterday shouldn't become villains today simply because things didn't go as planned.

We cannot build a healthy industry if our culture is:
"Celebrate you when you win.
Destroy you when you lose."

That is not accountability.
That is a culture of disposability.

You can disagree with someone's strategy without disrespecting their humanity. You can demand transparency without destroying someone's reputation.

You can acknowledge losses without pretending the person has never contributed anything valuable.

And most importantly, do not allow the internet or any idolo to pressure you into destroying a brand that took someone years to build and you have benefited from one way or the other.

And to everyone watching by the side, Let's not lose the culture of honoring people for their contributions simply because we are disappointed by their recent performance.

Accountability is necessary.
Cruelty is not.

@Techriztm and @Kelvintalent_ should be held accountable where accountability is necessary, but they also deserve to be remembered for the years of value they have brought to this industry.

Let's do better as an industry.

When I started trading in my 100 level as a Pharmacy student, technical analysis was one of the things I struggled with the most.

I remember learning Break of Structure back then and arguing with my mentor that it only worked on a few pairs.

Same thing with CHoCH. I would see people explain these concepts so easily, but when I went back to my own charts, it felt completely different.

At some point, I genuinely thought maybe some of these things just didn’t work the way people claimed they did.

But with more screen time, more studying & journaling, more chart work and constantly seeing the same things play out, everything gradually started becoming clearer.

Concepts that once looked complicated became normal. Things I used to overthink started becoming easy to identify.

This is why, if you’re still in your learning phase right now, don’t be too hard on yourself.

Everyone you look up to today once struggled with something they now make look easy.
-Nobody starts trading already understanding everything.

Keep learning. Keep practicing. Keep giving yourself more time with the charts.

One day, you’ll look back at the things confusing you today and wonder why they ever felt so difficult.
