President Trump had a choice, try to save America ... or try to save the Empire.

He chose the latter.

Now America (and the Empire) are paying dearly for it.

A confluence of bad decisions are creating a perfect storm:

- $40 Trillion in debt has been crossed.
- America has suffered its greatest strategic military defeat in Iran.
- America is getting kicked out of the Middle East, instead of leaving voluntarily.
- The AI Bubble is the biggest bubble (by far) of them all.

All of this should have been avoided.

The "Golden Age" is anything but golden.

Importing hundreds of thousands of tons of foreign beef may lower prices for 90 days, but we shouldn’t sacrifice American ranchers for a temporary discount at the grocery store.

America has lost a huge part of its cattle herd to drought, wildfire, and the resulting lack of forage. Colorado is no exception—our cattle inventory is down 9.5% this year alone.

So when beef gets expensive, the answer shouldn’t be to become more dependent on foreign beef.

It’s time for Colorado to get serious about water.

Build more storage. Expand conservation and reuse. Improve irrigation. Protect agricultural water rights. Give ranchers the tools to keep producing.

If we want Colorado to remain a state that feeds America, we need to make sure Colorado has the water to do it.

Speaking of corrupt politicians, @RepPettersen why was your husband's company paid $340,000 in 2023, to fight against TABOR in Jefferson County, $180,000 to him personally, even though they voted to keep it twice?

Was it because he donated to all 3 commissioners who approved the contract? Was it because of the prior existing relationship you had with them?

Or is it just because you don't care and feel entitled to the hard earned money of the people you claim to represent during one of the most unaffordable times in history for Coloradans?

I don’t blame young people for being frustrated with the system.

When you work hard and still can’t afford to buy a home—or sometimes even afford the rent—it’s understandable to believe something is deeply wrong. Because something is wrong.

But socialism is the wrong answer to a very real problem.
