I have done many investigations into statins starting around 2004.
The facts are shocking.
And then my husband was harmed by them.
Who caught it?
Not his doctors. I did.
They didn't even ask about his statin use when he had debilitating leg pain.
It should have been the first thing they asked.
They gave him shots in his knees and acted mystified when it didn't help.
Turns out he had developed a potentially fatal side effect called rhabdomyalosis.
Ony because I was reporting the stories on statins did I recognize what might be wrong.
Since I first began looking into statins, serious side effects the manufacturers initially denied have been added to the label.
Many esteemed doctors are ignorant of these, partly because of how and what they're taught in med school (see my book "Follow the Science."
In this threat I will link to some reporting on statins.
Food for Thought
It was recently reported that "the restaurant industry faces a number of economic challenges, including rising gas prices, overall uncertainty and a value war leading many chains to discount key products.”
That is loser talk. America always presents the opportunity to win! It is up to the individual or company to seize that opportunity. Many chains choose to be in the excuse business, not the restaurant business.
By doing the things that are in the best interest of Americans, we are growing faster than any other chain in the country.
For instance, we know Bitcoin has helped our business. Why are other restaurant companies not adopting it? If they keep on ignoring Bitcoin, we will happily take their share!
A Letter from a Boomer to Gen Z
I read your letter. I hear your anger. You feel betrayed, and a lot of you have every right to feel that way.
You’re right that it got bad. But let me tell you how it actually happened from our side.
We switched parties more than once trying to get smaller government. We voted for politicians who promised to cut spending, secure the border, and put Americans first. We showed up at the polls. We wrote letters. We trusted the system.
The politicians did what they wanted anyway.
We never voted for open borders. We never voted to ship our factories overseas. We never voted to raid the Social Security lockbox or take the country off the gold standard. Those decisions were made by the generation before us and the permanent ruling class in Washington. They broke the deal no matter which party we sent to power.
We built the interstate system, the power grid, the early internet backbone, the satellite networks, and much of the physical world you live in today. You enjoy the benefits of that infrastructure every single day. We handed it to you in far better shape than we received it.
The suffering you feel, the wage stagnation, the housing crisis, the debt, the broken trust, didn’t fully hit until your generation and the one after. We watched it coming, warned about it, and got called every name in the book for doing so.
We didn’t create this mess. We inherited part of it and then failed to stop it. That’s on us. But pretending we wanted this outcome or voted for it is simply not true.
We still believe in hard work, self-reliance, and building something real. We hope you do too.
The country we grew up in had real problems, but it also had real opportunity. You deserve that same chance.
A Boomer who still shows up and votes every single time
A national vote counting disgrace.
20 hours after the polls closed, California still can't tell voters who won.
That's not democracy. That's dysfunction.
We have introduced TWO Constitutional Amendments to make sure our government officials are loyal to America and America ONLY.
No foreign-born citizens serving in Congress or as federal judges. No dual citizens serving in our government.
If you are going to make the laws of this country, your loyalty belongs to this country and this country alone.
America FIRST.
We're approaching 24 hours since the polls closed and Los Angeles has barely counted half of the votes.
The willful incompetence is as astonishing as it is insulting.
🚨 THIS WEEK: we are formally referring US Senator John Thune & his campaign Treasurer Nicole Weyers for felony criminal charges - money laundering, identity theft, wire fraud, bank secrecy act, false statements to the feds & more.
We found the legal path to step into the shoes of the U.S. Attorney General.
We have a live federal lawsuit against the FEC on Thune's campaign committee.
Take the #ThuneOut Pledge with me:
🚫 NO votes
🚫 NO donations
…to ANY 'Republican' until Thune is removed as Senate Majority Leader.
Why? Just one example: while President Trump waits on recess appointments, Thune is running 33-second Senate 'sessions' to BLOCK them. These aren't Republicans - they're saboteurs.
"Republicans" have now taken our spending and debt to all time historic highs in nominal dollars since the founding of our nation, as a second example.
We now have 8 federal lawsuits against corrupt U.S. Senators. With real resources we'd have 70 lawsuits filed against US Senators- that is how bad it is.
The purge starts with Thune. 🇺🇸
https://t.co/VokR5Kp8lS and see if your name is being used by the corrupt John Thune for laundering money into his campaign (all are over the age of 65):

In four years, the Biden administration and their supporters freely destroyed every good thing they could find in our country. They wrecked careers — people fired for saying things the administration disagreed with. They destroyed businesses — locked down by decree. They surrendered our sovereignty — beholden to foreign nations while leaving our own border undefended. They stole everything they could get their hands on — DOGE alone has documented fraud running into the trillions. And they took American lives — literally. Migrant criminals killed Americans whose names are known and whose families are grieving. Fentanyl poured across the open border. Lockdowns and mandates killed others whose deaths will never be officially counted.
The magnitude and breadth of these crimes extends well beyond what our sedition laws were designed to cover.
This is because those laws never envisioned a successful sedition. Every penalty is based on the mere attempt.
What happens when it succeeds?
This is different from ordinary governmental wrongdoing — even when corrupt.
When a legitimately elected government makes a bad decision, the harm that follows is shared risk. You may not like the policy. You may have voted against it. But you authorized someone to govern, and governance carries risk. That risk is yours to share.
An illegitimate government destroys that consent entirely. And that, if we are to believe the evidence pouring in on the subject, is what we got in 2020.
In that case, the people never authorized officials to act. They never agreed to the risks those unauthorized decisions created. Every harm that flowed from those decisions was imposed on a population that had no say — by people who had no right to impose anything.
That is not a policy disagreement. That is not even negligence. It is the deliberate imposition of unconsented risk on an entire nation by individuals who held power they were never entitled to hold.
In law, unconsented risk that produces harm generates the highest level of liability. There is no comparative fault. No shared responsibility. No "you assumed the risk." The people assumed nothing — because they were never asked.
Sovereign immunity protects the office, not the person.
The moment someone holds power they were never entitled to hold, they lose all protection. What remains is a private individual — fully exposed, no immunity.
The full responsibility for everything they or their conspirators did lands on them personally.
Under conspiracy law, co-conspirators are jointly and severally liable for the foreseeable consequences of their conspiracy. This means you cannot apportion blame. You cannot say one person is responsible for 2% of the harm and another for 3%. Every member of the conspiracy is personally liable for 100% of the harm the conspiracy produced.
Every career destroyed. Every business wrecked. Every dollar fraudulently spent. Every American killed.
Each conspirator owns all of it. Individually. Without limit.
This is no longer in the territory of sedition law's 20-year maximum. This is in the territory of treason and murder — and that is not a coincidence. Treason law, unlike sedition law, was written with successful seizure of governmental power in mind. Its penalties reflect what it actually means to take a country and use it against its own people.
The penalty for what was done to the American people — and to individuals like Tina Peters, whose harms continue to compound — is simply everything. Every penalty ever imagined, because they committed every crime imaginable against more people than have ever suffered so outside of a shooting war.
Fraud vitiates everything, and sedition makes every crime, including fraud, possible. There are individuals responsible for this, and they are responsible for all of it, not just the seditious conspiracy, but everything from lockdown deaths and migrant murders to the shuttered mom and pop shops across the country, doctors and lawyers who lost their license to practice, and every other harm. They never agreed to the risk. There was no informed consent.

The Second Amendment does not apply to semi-automatic rifles, nor does it apply to bolt-action rifles, pistols, or revolvers. The Second Amendment restricts government. The technology of the firearm is irrelevant. The restrictions on government remain the same, regardless of the firearm. The Second Amendment was not written to grant permission for citizens to own and bear firearms. It forbids government interference in the right to keep and bear arms, period.
The right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed. 🇺🇸
Mmm yummy bugs 🐛
When they tell you it’s “sustainable protein” but it used to be called “pest control” ..
5 Major Companies Quietly Feeding You Insects” 🪳
• Barilla Pasta → Cricket flour
• Red Bull → Crushed beetles (carmine)
• Lay’s Chips → Grasshopper extract in “natural flavours”
• Beyond Meat → Mealworm larvae
• Nutella → Black soldier fly larvae
They’re slowly normalising eating bugs while calling it “sustainable” or “plant-based.”
Most people have no idea what’s actually in their food because it’s hidden behind vague labels like “natural flavours.”
Would you still eat these if you knew?
Dans le manifeste "techno-optimiste" de Marc Andreessen, il y a une phrase qui m'a marqué :
"Our enemies are not bad people – but rather bad ideas."
NASA just officially unveiled their master plan for a permanent Moon Base at the lunar South Pole
This is not just about flags and footprints. NASA is moving to establish an enduring, sustained human presence, and they are heavily relying on commercial innovators to build it
The roadmap is highly aggressive:
• Phase 1: Heavy robotic missions and commercial payload deliveries
• Phase 2: Semi-permanent infrastructure, including fission surface power and lunar drones
• Phase 3: A sustained, permanent human outpost
The most important takeaway is NASA explicitly stated this base is the ultimate proving ground to prepare humanity for missions to Mars
While legacy aerospace companies are still struggling to reliably get a small capsule to the ISS, NASA is setting the stage for massive lunar infrastructure....which is exactly the kind of heavy-lift planetary deployment SpaceX’s Starship was designed for
The multi-planetary economy is officially kicking off
