I can suggest calling Etrade over the phone and asking the team member to enter the transfer request for you and have them follow it through since that happened to you. That has worked for me in 2026 $MMTLP

@udontknowjack99 Response below from E-Trade after a request to transfer shares and receive a certificate through mail using an E-Trade online request service. I checked 2 weeks later after no certificate was received. Through live chat, this was the reponse.

This just looks like the SEC are just buying a few more days before the S1 is inevitably made effective.
