@TangerineBank was told 5 min wait time on hold and now it’s turned into 20 minutes. Definitely have been on hold longer but forced to call in to fix an issue with account so would appreciate service please. Thanks

.@RBC been on hold twice for 2 hours today and nobody has picked up yet. #RBCRewards site/app not allowing for changes to flight details AND RBC has barred Private Banking from making changes as well. No Call back system? Any help is needed and appreciated.

@RBC I appreciate the response and will be staying on the line but I hope it’s not lost on anyone that people shouldn’t be expected to spend 6 hours on hold a day for no response. A quick search shows this has been an ongoing issue for RBC Rewards for some time
