First experience with @RBC Rewards. 36 minute hold to talk to an agent for 3 minutes to be transferred to another 19 minute hold. Still no answer. Avoid #rbcrewards if you value your time.

So after 8 hours and 11 minutes I finally got through. I was then put on hold and transferred to another section that could help me out. After a short wait a lovely agent answered and was very helpful. After 9 hours and 27 minutes exactly we finished the call. #RBCRewards

#rbcrewards #rbctravel #rbc As a 30 year telecom expert I can tell you that you are not "overloaded", nobody waits on hold for 3-5 hours and gets disconnected. It's your shitty system which is likely broken atm. Also your twitter replies are useless.
