An elderly man in Bengaluru reportedly found his path blocked by an auto driver's vehicle.
He did what any of us would tell our parents to do → he asked, politely, for the auto to move.

What he allegedly got back was a slap. In broad daylight. In his own neighbourhood.

Think about that for a second.
An old man, probably someone's father, someone's grandfather → humiliated for simply expecting basic courtesy on the street he calls home.

This is the India we're building?
Where age and dignity mean nothing the moment someone's ego is bruised?
