All Nigerians must stand against the embarrassing & unfortunate threat by the US.

While this is a wake up call to hold out leaders accountable, we can fix these insecurity issues by ourselves.

Stop looking for western validation.

You love Nigeria far more than they do.

Let me tell you something.

You don't know where I am from, & you don't know the losses that I have suffered.

That aside.

I'm equally angry at the failure of our govt, to effectively tackle the issues of insecurity.

But the govt can still fix it, without the invasion of the US.

Perhaps, this international embarrassment may be a wake up call for our leaders to be alive to their duties.

This does not mean that we should be supporting the invasion of a sovereign country, by another sovereign country.

And then, a President of another country, calling our nation a "disgrace", & threatening us like a bully.

We need to keep holding our leaders accountable, I agree.

One way we can do that, is by toning down the negative rhetorics, and being more accommodating with each other's tribe, religion or political affiliation.

Regardless of which side you belong, we have a common enemy.

And that's bad leadership.

And then, we do not allow them to kero weaponizing poverty, poor education, tribe or religion against us.

The US will not use weapons worth millions of dollars on our soil, and say that they did it for charity.

Even Ukraine that they're supporting against Russia, is owing them huge debt, which would take them years to pay back.

We are too fragile and too divided a nation, for this type of thing to happen.

Tone down the rhetoric, appreciate that we all have a common enemy, and you'll see the picture clearly.
