• Imran Khan being charged for waiving the cipher in a jalsa and leaking its contents to the public, for political gain. but at the same time, the prosecution doesn’t want this to be an open trial saying that the 𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭.

1) the document is not a secret as it was declassified by the Imran Khan’s cabinet; so it should be an open trial.

2) if the document is still a secret, it means Imran Khan didn’t leak anything to the public, hence he’s innocent.

• the whole case hinges on a coerced testimony of Azam Khan. know that no one can corroborate Azam Khan’s statement and Khan lawyers are not given any chance to cross examine the prosecution’s prime witness as he is in hiding.

1) such testimonies, which are given under duress, are always inadmissible; but we all know there is no law in Pakistan and they’ll do anything to convict Imran Khan.

2) so even if Azam Khan’s testimony is admitted as evidence, his testimony alone should not be able to convict Imran Khan; as there are numerous reasons why Azam Khan could lie under oath, the biggest of them being is abduction.

this case is weaker than Tosha Khana and if Imran Khan is convicted, every Pakistani shall know that Pakistan is officially a lawless state where might is always right.
