@CanalRiverTrust these boats have been moored in a 48hr zone for months, 2 of which since last February. The fine is £25 a day for overstaying. Are you enforcing this CRT? This part of Bath is now lawless & antisocial behaviour thrives @bathlive @bathnes

@CanalRiverTrust boats have been moored in “for lock use only” for months. Nothing is done by CRT. It’s dangerous and negligent that this is allowed. No consequences for them while lawful citizens have to suffer antisocial behaviour @bathlive @bathnes

@CanalRiverTrust Unfortunately your words don’t match the reality and other boaters are put at risk as they can’t moor safely for the lock and local residents and users of the canal have to put up with antisocial behaviour for months on end. For whatever reason CRT are not enforcing effectively

@CanalRiverTrust are not fit for purpose. Boats moored in “for lock use only” for weeks causing a danger to life. Boats moored in 48hr zone for over 6 mths £25 penalties not applied. Antisocial behaviour not tackled from fires on towpath and urinating in public. #Bath @bathlive
