I’ve been dealing with trying to get My Medication for 3 days now. I need to take it or I’ll get sick and I’ve been sick for 2 days. I literally had to show the CVS PHARMACY ASSOCIATES THAT MY DOCTOR HAD SENT AND THEN RESENT THE PRESCRIPTION
THEY WERE TRYING TO BLAME ME AND HAD NO CLUE WHAT WAS GOING ON UNTIL I SHOWED THEM IT WAS SENT FROM MY PHONE
THE STAFF THERE AT THE PHARMACY WAS UNPROFESSIONAL, CONDESCENDING AND RUDE
I READ THE CVS CORPORATE
EMPLOYEE STAFF RULES AND VALUES AND NONE SHOULD BE ACTING THIS WAY
THEN I CALLED CVS CORPORATE NUMBER AND WAS PLACED ON HOLD AND NO ONE WAS THERE
