Heritage Minister Marc Miller says Ottawa must draw a “fine line” between “legitimate and illegitimate discussion” online.
That should alarm every Canadian. The government does not get to decide which opinions are legitimate.

Six Tim Hortons restaurants in Eastern Ontario have gone bankrupt. According to Blacklock’s, their operators blame changes to the Temporary Foreign Worker Program.
If your business depends on cheap labour to survive, you need a different business model.
I effectively “killed myself” from 1978 to 2022, 44 years, “selling” my message. I have four technical degrees, I know of what I speak from a theory and research standpoint. It boils down to this: do you want to maximize profit? Want the most invented products and services? Then pull together a group of decent people and be kind and thoughtful and laugh and listen and care. And the world, and your bank account, we both be winners.
@GlobalBC He got life imprisonment for a ghastly rape-murder of a 10-year old girl. How can something as trivial as cooking classes be an acceptable excuse to put a killer back in the community for 2 months?
Who at the parole board cares so much about a killer wanting a cooking class?
He snatched her off her bike in front of her home.
He then raped and tortured her before killing her and dumping her lifeless body in a lake.
Justice in Canada means he gets to enjoy taxpayer funded cooking classes. Time for an overhaul and yesterday.
The judge argued that U.S.-Iran tensions would likely keep the defendant and his American wife from living in the same country, which could damage their marriage.
He shouldn't have been a criminal pervert if he wanted to stay here.
Deport.
I’m ready to assess that the current trade negotiation breakdown between Ottawa and Washington does involve the Carney Government embracing Chrétien Era deep PRC engagement policies. There are factors on both sides including Trump’s aggressive rhetoric, but Ottawa’s PRC policy must be accounted for. Canadians don’t need to give the ‘benefit of the doubt’ to their political class, they must demand results.
Watching NFL game being ruined by my tax dollars paying for partisan Liberal Party ads masquerading under the "Government of Canada" banner.
Tens of millions of dollars that instead could have funded food banks, veterans' services, medical research, border security, tax relief etc .
FACT: Ottawa spent $78.2 million on advertising in 2024–25. This year’s central-fund allocations already run well past $40 million and, by the Treasury Board tables, closer to $60 million for 2025–26 $15M on polling + paying influencers along with $1.4 for the CBC— with a much larger allocation posted for 2026–27.
I don’t often quote Conrad Black, but he hits the mark here: “90% of Canadians live within two hundred miles of the U.S. border and 75% speak the same language. @CanadianPM Carney is trying to lead us on a historic journey; he won’t achieve it by self-impoverishment.”🎯
Hey class, how about this alternative news headline:
Carney takes great pains to avoid Canada's parliament. Heads to U.N. as new parliamentary session to begin Monday.
I’ve been trying to explain this for a long time. Do you care if French is on your cereal box or do you want to be ready for a potential 3 theatre war including one across from Canada’s north. People that call US the new threat aren’t seeing the world as it is (or will be) China/Russia is the threat. Taiwan, Baltics, Poland are threatened. What happens in Canada if that all goes off? What is already happening in hybrid war actions?
Given how much shit is about to hit the fan; energy crisis, possible war, trade etc, this obsession over the opposition leader right now is unhinged. Maybe focus should be on those in charge to see if they are at all preparing??? 🤷♀️
⚖️ Equal crimes should face equal justice. Race, ancestry, or immigration status should not determine a criminal sentence.
Our new submission to Parliament calls for the repeal of section 718.2(e) of the Criminal Code and an end to Impact of Race and Culture Assessments in sentencing.

🚨 SHOCKING NEW REPORT 🚨
The Liberal government directed the Canadian Armed Forces to train members of Communist China's military.
Then, they tried to HIDE the fact.
This is a regime that has kidnapped Canadians, interfered in our elections, and set up police stations on our soil. WHAT ARE THESE LIBERALS THINKING?
Canadians need answers NOW!
"It is very telling when a prime minister declares that we are at war with the world’s largest economy, yet refuses to answer questions from the media or recall Parliament—and few political columnists even raise the issue."
Before the election, the Prime Minister said that China was the biggest threat to Canada in the world. After the election, he said he wants a partnership for a “New World Order” with the dictatorship there.
Now he is holding defence coordination talks with Beijing, which Canadians had to learn about from Chinese media.
No “new world order”. No military cooperation with a regime that kidnapped our people, interfered in our elections, and set up police stations on our soil. Put Canada First.
Every day you can find a Canadian court standing over the body of a murdered woman and twisting itself in knots to explain why her killer deserves mercy. He's Indigenous. He has ADHD. Or he simply felt "bad." A "feminist" legal system that treats women as literal garbage.
