Just when you think the nightmare with @bt_uk is over it raises it’s F&@king ugly head once again.10 MONTHS of very bad CS & unbelievably mindblowing mistake,after mistake,after mistake leaving the poor customer at near breaking point having to clear it up!

So I contacted @GarminOutdoor coz hubby & son were sailing from UK to Greenland. No messages getting through. 1 hour on the phone with Customer service their advice”tell your husband to download an app on his phone”!HE’S IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NORTH ATLANTIC!
