I rarely if ever comment however the public spat between the triathlon bodies following the deaths of two competitors is not acceptable - have respect for their families. Agree to investigate without further public statements and then publish findings. We are better than this.

Exciting news! We have opened an office in Cork as a base for our Celtic Interconnector initiative. The office will also coordinate the development of Ireland’s first offshore electricity substations which will connect renewable energy off the south coast to the national grid.

@BBCFood just caught few mins of nigella at my table very surprised to see veins not cleaned out in prawns. N emphasised use of fresh vs frozen. veins very visible as she coated/crumbed them for cooking. is this not important to do? happy to be wrong on this.
