@mattbarcomb Also I hate the glorified “removed hero’s” mentality lately from mgmt types. You need technically talent devs and junior devs. Both are important to the success of a product

@mattbarcomb You said they are “responsible”... I don’t care if you want to say they don’t have to handle employee hr duties but you are making them directly “responsible” for others so “manage”. Senior devs should mentor IMO but their also responsible for the product, tech. Direction, etc

@EisenbergEffect Rob I just left a company where we used @AureliaEffect to build the front end to a major client portal for a Global Food Container Manufacturer. If you ever take food to go or get fast food you use their product.. Clients LOVE it and it was super easy to use when paired with .net
