@PremierAmerCEO the 3rd party vendor PACU uses didn’t catch the fraudulent activity! The two reps I spoke with at card services and customer service need retraining on professionalism, customer service, and what the company offers! Extremely disappointed @PremierAmerica!

@PremierAmerCEO The phone system had issues and the rep couldn’t hear me. When I questioned the customer service rep on a statement she made the call dropped and she didn’t bother to call me back. I called back and was left on hold again never to receive the requested call back.
