@Faizafabz He can deduct it but he has to submit it to URA. It's not hard for the employee to check the record of all his previous PAYE contributions via the website. If the payments are missing, whistle blow and screw the employer.

The incident occurred on April 16, 2026, in Mabombwe village, Mabombwe parish Mende subcounty Wakiso district.
The suspect has been identified as Ssebagala Moses, 39, a boda boda rider and resident of Mabombwe. It is alleged that the victim was outside with her sister when the suspect approached them. He gave the children a phone to watch cartoons and placed the victim on his lap, where he was allegedly seen defiling the 8-year-old.
We strongly condemn all forms of child abuse. We urge parents and guardians to remain vigilant and closely supervise their children at all times.
The suspect is currently in custody and will be produced in court as investigations continue.
