@koubru_lakpa@LongjamVivek@ArijitNobody Sorry to disappoint you pakhangba, it was not Namthirok, I never went there. # Manipur Violence: Sejang and Mongbung Villages Under Attack
14/07/2024: In an effort to wipe out a particular community from their ancestral land, the Meitei combined security forces, with the help of Central Security Forces and CM @NBirenSingh's militia, the Arambai Tengol, launched an attack this morning around 9:40 AM on Sejang and Mongbung villages in Jeribam district.
It was stated that the Central Security Forces and Meitei Police Commando were trying to launch a destructive operation despite the area being highly vulnerable to attacks on the Kuki-Zo Village Volunteers. Upon learning about the operation, the Kuki-Hmar-Zomi community expressed their denial and concern. Consequently, the Meitei Commando started firing at the Kuki-Zo Village Volunteers in revenge for their resistance.
Jeribam has been in turmoil, with reports of the Central Security Forces siding with the Meitei militants and Arambai Tengol. With the help of the Meitei Commando, these militants have torched Kuki-Zo houses and seized properties.
It should be noted that despite the district administrator's assurances for the passage of medical supplies and essential commodities to the Kuki-Zo, the Meitei militants, the Arambai Tengol, and the Merapaibis continue to block the route, creating a huge burden for accessing hospitals and medical help to the Kuki-Hmar-Zomi community. The District Administration has totally failed, and all concerned authorities from both the state and the centre have turned a blind eye to the sufferings of the Kuki-Hmar-Zomi in Jeribam district.
It is surprising why the Central Security Forces operating in the area, commanded by a Meitei officer, are keen on launching a destructive operation in the Kuki-Hmar-Zomi villages. How many weapons have been recovered so far from the Arambai Tengol and Meitei militants, who operate day and night in Jeribam, launching attacks against the Kuki-Zo Village Volunteers whenever they wish? Do the Central and State governments share the same campaign to cleanse the Kuki-Zo tribal community?
It is confirmed that Ajay Kumar, a CSF jawan, lost his precious life this morning. The Meitei officer, Premjit Meitei, who was supposed to play a neutral role, was instead biased and aggressive towards the Kuki-Zo Village Volunteers. Due to his self-interest, Ajay Kumar, our jawan, lost his life. We deeply regret his loss.

#ManipurViolence: CRPF Jawan Ajay Kumar Killed in Jeribam Amidst Alleged Ethnic Cleansing Campaign
For the past few months, Jeribam district has been at the center of headlines in Manipur. Unfortunately, recent incidents have led to the loss of CRPF jawan Ajay Kumar's life during an ethnic cleansing campaign allegedly launched by the Meitei government and Manipuris against the Kuki-Zo while he was on duty serving the nation.
The Kuki-Zo CSOs have consistently appealed to the state government to withdraw Meitei commandos and police from Kuki-Zo areas and deploy personnel from other communities to avoid untoward incidents. However, these repeated appeals were turned down, and the government instead chose to deploy heavy security personnel from the Meitei police and commandos in Kuki-Zo areas, particularly in Jeribam and Moreh. This was an insult to the Kuki-Zo community, undermining their sentiments and reflecting the government's insincerity in maintaining peace in the area.
On the other hand, the central government has done little to bring normalcy to the state. The demand to deploy Central Security Forces officers from non-Manipuri communities has not been adhered to, and instead, a Meitei officer like Premjit Meitei was put in charge of operations in Jeribam. This was a significant blow to the Kuki-Zo community, leading to increased violence in the district.
Ajay Kumar, a driver, was fatally shot in the head. This indicates the shooter might have used a sniper rifle to take down the driver, facilitating their mission to attack Kuki-Zo village volunteers in Mongbung and Sejang in Jeribam. Videos show how the Meitei commandos confronted Central Security Forces, arguing while the former tried to stop them from attacking the Kuki-Zo village volunteers.
Ajay's death is unfortunate. It was Meitei Officer Premjit Meitei who ordered the operation ONLY in Kuki-Zo areas with the help of Meitei Commando Officer Nekter, the O.C. of Jeribam Meitei Commando. These two officers have kept Jeribam on the boil since their deployment. Would it be fair to deploy a Kuki-Zo officer in Jeribam when Meitei communities might feel insecure with such an officer? For the sake of the general public and normalcy, both the central and state governments must withdraw all Meitei officers and personnel from Kuki-Zo areas and deploy a neutral community to maintain peace and normalcy in the region.

Every locality in Imphal have witnessed bomb threat, a tactic 2 threaten those who donโt pay extortion money disguised as protection fee. Neither Biren nor any CSOs would condemn๐จ
The central forces neutrality and protection of innocent civilian has now become a life-threatening situation for them,as the meitei constant attempts to attack the #Kuki have resulted in the death of our CRPF Jawan, who was blocking the #Meitei terrorist their path to attack Kuki
@LBsimtekashi@ChanPhilem73049 A government shit scared of extortionist goons of AT, UNLF is threatening citizens with FIRs for stating the facts in public. How long can such frivolous bogus FIRs stand the test of judicial scrutiny? It'll be swatted like flies by courts. We are not intimidated by these antics.
@ChanPhilem73049 Uday Reddy is not in any trouble as your FIR is without any evidence. It will be quashed by court. If you have the guts try filing FIR against me. I'll drag entire Manipur govt and police to court with evidence of AT, UNLF running riot in Imphal and govt just shit scared of them.

Various Kuki CSOs of Jiribam, Tamenglong & Noney dists. of Outer Manipur condemn the attack despite presence of AR.
Rising attacks on churches, the situation in Manipur, and the use of FCRAโall of these were in the letter the delegation of Bishops gave to PM Narendra Modi.
