It’s really disappointing that I couldn’t travel on @British_Airways to SFO because of a bereavement situation, and I cancelled my ticket days before the flight so BA could re sell my ticket and the seat booking I had paid for. But under the circumstances won’t give a £96.00

Been trying to report my car broken down to @TheRAC_UK for 4 hours, lines are exceptionally busy and go to link they send or website. Tried about ten times and every time I get this from where the first time I accidently selected business ! What am I supposed to do ?!

@MartinSLewis hi Martin I did the car finance emails to 2 providers back in March and have not heard back( other then a automated thank you for your email) how long do they have to get back to you? At what point should I chase up ?

We questioned and were told it is policy for the lead to get all the points for the holiday. How is this policy? Everyone on the holiday who all paid should be awarded the points l!? A reason we book with Virgin all the time is to collect miles and repeat use. Disappointing 😔

@Virgin @richardbranson 3 friends and I got back from a lovely vs holiday in 🇯🇲 . we noticed the lead booker was credited 33k points for the holiday and the other 3 pax were awarded only air miles . Imagine our disappointment to pay £1800 each then the points to go to the lead
