@HibbsA @energystatsuk@OctopusEnergy No battery, but all electric with HP and EV. I'm on Agile, after previously being on Cosy. If you're relatively low mileage on the EV so can be choosy about when you charge it's really cheap. Sometimes you even get paid to charge the car!
@lasshammer 100% this. Community enables some really unhealthy behaviour, like joking about sneaking purchases into the house past your partner. That's not funny. If you do that you've got a problem. We should be encouraging each other not to hoard crap!
@WargameCulture I've been playing wargames for probably about 35 years now. Never seen anyone actually do this. Not a big problem IMO, and if someone tried I'd just move their snacks off the table.
@Dice_Dad Couldn't be more different from the film, the MI in the book are immensely powerful, while the bugs are smarter and less animalistic. Also not the only alien race.
I was more interested in at as a bit of military forward thinking, less impressed by the social arguments.
@sonicsledge I'm interested in this one. Lion Rampant never quite sat right with me, but Dragon worked with a couple of tweaks, so I can see sci-fi working too...
@GuyBowers13@Clogfather1975 Probably also weight, as a 3D printed one is likely to be hollow, while a cast one will weigh about the same as a bowling ball.
@sonicsledge Finding an audience can be a double edged sword. You end up making decisions for them, not you. Or worse, chasing some nebulous measure of "success".
Sounds like you've got your priorities right.
