Our two cents on this is that schools need to give a benefit of a doubt to CHILDREN when they say they are sick. Allow them to seek further assistance if the school cannot manage that. As malicious as some students are, I think this will be a win-win for all.
A mother was called to identify her dead form 1 child, after she passed away in NJORO GIRLS school due to acute pneumonia because the admin did not see it fit to inform the parents the child was severely sick.
I want school heads to start being charged with negligence!!!
To all the women out there doing all they can to protect the rights of children, we love you. Tunawapenda. We are forever grateful.

I have been a human rights advocate for 7 years now.
Here are my top 3 lessons:
1. Be honest (and vulnerable) with yourself & those you work for/with
2. Be patient! Change takes time
3. Celebrate the wins - however small they are because they don’t come easy!
We are looking to further decentralized our services in the different counties in the country on need basis. We are currently in Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu.
Mr. Caleb Wesa of NPS notes that children are a victim of;
i. Failed Society
ii. Failed parenting
iii. Failed community

We welcomed the words in the opening speech of @antonioguterres when he asked the world leaders a question involving the #TinyHumans. When baby 8B is old enough, they will ask "what did you do for our planet when you had the chance?" #COP27#TinyHumansWorld
