@MichaelG_3D Level art is a job in itself and so is lighting. People need to remember that typically an environment artist will not make environments in a studio, it is the role of a level artist. A very specialized role that few people can do well. Level art and lighting is correct

@MichaelG_3D If you're in a lower level position, you will be doing lots of art. When you start getting promoted, you end up sitting in a lot of meetings, often with things not related to your area even. A lot of documentation stuff too. Daily sprints are normal for many companies too!
@Feveray You should lose the video, set a camera position (probably to the right of the bridge, and then build some better composition. Then take screenshots and work from there
