So the epitome of absurdity today. @Budget customer service was unable to add my FastBreak number to a reservation. You see, my profile contained my middle name while my reservation did not. I found someone who could remove my middle initial from my profile.

It has been resolved. A representative on the profiles team fixed it. You could train your reps on common sense. When all the other details match but a middle initial is missing, then it’s the same person.

BREAKING: Stunning new polling reveals that Vice President Kamala Harris has a 13-point national lead over convicted Donald Trump — and it could be what tips the election for her.
