Canadians don’t get it. Almost all of our products come from the USA. WE pay the tariffs Canada has introduced. Unlike the people in the USA who don’t need Canadian products, we need theirs. Our government is only screwing Canadians here.
@SenorVito9 America is wonderful! The Trump administration is taking necessary steps to fortify our future. Those who don’t like it are either super liberal or “I want it now” fake conservatives.
Liberals hate the way the country is going because their progressive policies are in danger.
Two weeks before the 25th anniversary of the deadliest terrorist attack in American history, CBC has instructed its journalists not to refer to 9/11 as a terrorist attack.
Nearly 3,000 innocent people were murdered that day, including 24 Canadians, in an act of monstrous evil.
Canadians stood shoulder to shoulder with our American friends, neighbours, and allies in the aftermath. Nearly 7,000 stranded passengers found safe harbour in Gander. More than 40,000 Canadians would go on to serve in Afghanistan alongside our allies in the fight against terrorism.
To call 9/11 anything other than a terrorist attack is an appalling distortion of history. It dishonours the victims and their families, the survivors, and the first responders who suffered from the horrors of that day.
CBC must immediately apologize and retract this directive.
In 1803, four U.S. diplomats turned a French financial crisis into an American opportunity—securing 828,000 square miles and doubling the size of the nation.
A masterstroke of diplomacy that redrew the map, and the course of American history, with a signature.
