@CommBank Why remove this excellent fraud prevention feature? "From 4 December 2024, cardholders... will no longer receive real-time transaction notifications and will be unable to use the transaction notifications settings feature in the CommBank app."

[Paul Dowden @Tititea]

Hate re-sharing this stuff but people have been talking about this for ages (and for hundreds of years before I was born).

When I was 15 I explained why I support the Voice, on Saturday I'm going to vote for it.

Join me in building a better future for this country. Vote Yes.

@EleanorMorton Does “Follyfoot” count?

[Dr Tracy Westerman AM @TracyWesterman]

Australia has a black incarceration rate that is 2.3 times the rate of African Americans, by the way.
We are incarcerating black people at SIX times the rate as they incarcerated black South Africans during apartheid.
We are the HIGHEST incarcerator of black people in the world. For children; its much worse. This means we are ENSURING that this adult rate will continue to rise; because we favour locking children up over prevention

[Paul Dowden @Tititea]

@AnnaVidot Aw. This Saint-Saens our wedding recessional music. I did very well to process *very* slowly (I had several non-permanent pins in my broken leg and had used crutches on the way in).

[Paul Dowden @Tititea]

@Ricardo_Cd_Oliv @simongerman600 They had to be facing the wrong way in Dunedin/Ōtepoti.

[Paul Dowden @Tititea]

@LordSoth123 @katemccccartney No it’s not a spoof. It’s funny as fuck but it’s also decent crime drama.

[John Simpson @JohnSimpsonNews]

On this day in 1989 I grabbed the video cassette containing all the famous pictures of the Tiananmen massacre inc the tank man & walked down to the Beijing Hotel lobby. A cop came over to arrest me but a burst of fire outside distracted him & I slipped past. We got the pictures out via Hong Kong.

@Brocklesnitch Never heard this word before. Is it a North Island thing?

@criprights Thoughts:
Probably good (vs letting “the market” do it cos that’s been rubbish).

What will the work/case loads be?

Will participants be able to maintain a *years long* relationship with their case manager - they would be the goal.

[Paul Dowden @Tititea]

@MarkusMannheim Fines? #Cooker tax!

[Paul Dowden @Tititea]

@katebevan @troyhunt Same. I got this these for
my whole team while in lockdown. No one’s ever complained. It just works. But is just B&W.
