There is no good answer. If you employ people in Germany you need to incorporate there any way and additional holding layer adds complexity. If you have business customers in germany, you will also likely need a german company. If no employees and business customers in germany, then probably nothing beats a singapore pte ltd company.

Si torna sempre lì, al peccato originale di un sistema pensionistico pubblico, che dovrebbe limitarsi ad aiuti assistenziali.
Ognuno versa nel proprio fondo quanto vuole e va in pensione quando vuole. Ognuno è libero di fare come pensa sia meglio. Purtroppo non è possibile tornare indietro se non dopo il collasso del sistema.
