Over the years, Yuvoday has grown beyond a youth volunteering initiative—it has become a platform that enables young people to become the face of change in Chhattisgarh.

What makes Yuvoday special is its two-way journey of transformation. As young volunteers step forward to serve their communities, address local challenges, and inspire positive change, the experience also helps them grow as individuals—building leadership, confidence, communication, teamwork, and other critical life skills.

It is a powerful reminder that when young people are given the opportunity, trust and platform to lead, they don't just contribute to change—they grow with it.

छत्तीसगढ़ स्वच्छ भारत मिशन (ग्रामीण) और यूनिसेफ़ के सहयोग से ज़िला समन्वयकों और SBC कंसल्टेंट्स के लिए दो-दिवसीय ह्यूमन-सेंटर्ड डिज़ाइन (HCD) प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला का शुभारंभ किया गया। राज्य के विभिन्न जिलों से प्रतिभागी यहाँ पहुँचे हैं और सीख रहे हैं कि लोगों को केंद्र में रखकर गाँवों में ODF+ व्यवहार कैसे मजबूत किए जाएँ।

कार्यशाला पूरी तरह इंटरएक्टिव, अनुभव-आधारित और समाधान-केंद्रित है। प्रतिभागी अभी करते हुए सीख रहे हैं। जैसे एम्पैथी मैपिंग, डिज़ाइन स्प्रिंट, रोल-प्ले और फील्ड केस स्टडीज़ के माध्यम से। प्रशिक्षक उन्हें लगातार यह सिखा रहे हैं कि योजनाओं की नज़र से नहीं, बल्कि समुदाय की नज़र से सोचकर व्यावहारिक और व्यवहार-आधारित समाधान कैसे विकसित किए जाएँ।

यह प्रशिक्षण प्रतिभागियों की क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए अहम भूमिका निभाएगा। टीमों में सहयोग को मजबूत करेगा और ज़िला टीमों को टिकाऊ, समुदाय-चालित ODF+ परिणाम हासिल करने के लिए तैयार करेगा।
