Clogged arteries are not caused by fat, they’re a result of high insulin and inflammation.
Eat foods that lower insulin and support nitric oxide, like red meat, arugula, and pumpkin seeds.

“The evidence is overwhelming” that Charlie knew he could count on me to stand up to every single person that would ultimately betray him.
“I believe you were the piece God meant for me to meet to finish the fight”, he wrote.
I’ll see Charlie again someday.
Until then, we finish the fight.

Absolute fuckery.
Why is Candace Owens releasing the exact same footage shown in court, but with 10x better quality?!
They are trying to put this boy to death.
Not jail.
Death.
Absolutely appalling.

Enes Kanter says he wore Michael Jordan’s own shoes marked “made with slave labor” in front of Jordan, then was told he’d thrown away $40M
“We played against Charlotte, and who owns Charlotte? Michael Jordan. So I ordered his shoes… I put ‘made with slave labor.’ I saw Michael Jordan in the stands and I was just like, ‘This is it’”
“I went out there with his shoes, played in front of Michael Jordan with his own shoes and put ‘made with slave labor.’ After the game, all my teammates walked up to me and said, ‘Buddy, this is your last year. Have fun. You’re not going to be playing basketball ever again’”
“My agent called me… ‘You’re 29 years old, you can play another six years. You’re literally throwing away between $30 to $40 million’ I said, ‘Okay’ I hung up the phone, never talked to him again”
🇺🇸 Joe Rogan’s jaw basically hit the floor.
Harvard geneticist David Sinclair told him that sudden blindness from NAION has doubled, and it’s tied to the GLP-1 drugs (Ozempic, Wegovy, the whole crew) that half the internet is treating like candy.
Joe starts pulling up the actual studies mid-conversation.
What he reads out loud makes him yell “Holy shit!”
It’s happening right now, and nobody seems to be talking about it... Why?

After careful consideration and reviewing the current eligibility guidelines,
I’m officially declaring myself a @WNBA prospect.
If simply declaring who you are is all that’s required, then I meet every single requirement necessary to compete in the WNBA.
My team and I have carefully examined the WNBA’s eligibility criteria and governing framework surrounding self-identification and inclusion. Based on the current guidelines, I can and am officially declaring my eligibility for the upcoming WNBA draft in April 2027.
I know my presence on the court will stir up strong opinions.
I am definitely not here to mock, make fun of, or disrespect any community or personal choices.
I’m simply asking that the current rules be applied equally to everyone — the rules that represent the very values many WNBA players and coaches have publicly advocated for.
My team and I are prepared to ensure these guidelines are applied equally, consistently, and without exception, and I look forward to the #WNBA honoring its stated principles.
See you at training camp.

I haven't even been publicly trans for 72 hours and I'm already getting so much hate.
I just want to hoop with my girls in my feminine era! Why can't y'all be happy for me? 💅🏽
EXCLUSIVE: Former NBA first-round pick Royce White says he's declaring for the 2027 WNBA Draft, claiming he now identifies as transgender for the purpose of playing professional basketball.
The 6-foot-8 former Houston Rockets draft pick follows fellow former NBA player Enes Kanter Freedom, who announced his own plans to declare amid the growing debate over transgender athletes in women's sports.
White told Fox News Digital he believes he'd be "unstoppable" in the WNBA and suggested he could pursue legal action if denied an opportunity to play.
White said the move is meant to challenge the WNBA to clearly define its eligibility rules for transgender athletes, saying: "I'd like to know what the parameters are."
