Your all in monthly rent should equate to you all in monthly purchase then you can make the decision based on your long term occupancy. @KabeloMusic Eventually AI will make those processes much more simpler. All the DAW’s will eventually incorporate AI in some way or form. The current AI production tools are over simplified make the sound more artificial sounding but all DAW’s will have AI sooner rather than later.

@tumisole Just out of interest. Isn’t the law there to enforce customary laws. If according to custom a marriage is considered completed once customary steps are completed why does the law consider a marriage as completed only when they commence (i.e a letter of intent is sent).
