@JetBlue customer services completely useless. Double charged me for my seat; I have shown them my banking at customer services desk and they have washed their hands of me - told me to contact my bank. Great way to treat business class passengers - AVOID. They could not care less

Flying back from JFK airport business class and @JetBlue have double charged me for my seats. They have stressed out loads of British flyers and not allowed them to check in because of their misunderstanding of the change of Covid regulations.
