As we look forward to the 158th running of the @belmontstakes this Saturday, it's only fitting that we celebrate Jena Antonucci as our next #HERoesInHorseRacing spotlight.✨

Jena is a trailblazer for women in our industry, and in 2023 she became the first female trainer to win a Triple Crown race, winning the Belmont Stakes with Arcangelo. 🏆

In addition to her racing stable, Jena is the co-owner of horseOlogy, a women- and minority-owned full-cycle thoroughbred training and ownership organization located in Ocala, FL. In 2023, Jena and horseOlogy co-owner Katie Miranda also established horseOlogy Encore, a nonprofit dedicated to meeting the needs of retiring horses to help them find permanent retirement homes or smooth transitions into second careers.

Jena is an inspiration to the women of our sport, and we're honored to celebrate her accomplishments and impact on the industry! 👏
