@pernilleripp I think that books should stay neutral. By labeling them you limit those who might choose to read them otherwise, and may stigmatize books and readers unnecessarily. Who says only LGBTQ kids would choose them? Stick with genre instead. Just my 2 cents 😉

@blakeshelton My 3rd grade partner Lynn and I teach in a school in Santa Rosa, CA. We went thru hell after the school neighborhood burned in the 2017 Tubbs Fire. When Covid/distance teaching came, it was a too much! Our partnership was THE reason I made it thru. I am blessed!
