@DrPeterWeeks1 Couple that with changes in local planning decision of food outlets. Although I feel positively enabling people to make healthy food choices, rather than penalising their poor choices would give better outcomes. folks have to want to change their life choices.

From conversations with families and children, are you really saying the lack of knowledge of the benefits and how to brush your teeth is really the root cause. Intuitively that doesn’t seem like the biggest barrier from my standpoint.
