3. Embrace community care: Thriving isn't a solo endeavor. Engaging in community support systems where you can openly share struggles, receive encouragement, and offer support is essential for overall well-being.

Last week, I facilitated a well-being session tailored for entrepreneurs, focusing on cultivating ease during times of stress. Here are three key strategies to help achieve that:
2. Practice emotional check-ins: Dedicate time to connect with yourself by asking three fundamental questions: What emotions are you experiencing? What triggers those emotions? What do you need in this moment?
#wellbeing
1. Prioritize environmental wellness: Dealing with stress is especially challenging in toxic work environments. Establishing a wellness routine before, during, and after work can provide crucial support until you're able to transition out.

Experiencing loneliness can be really hard. If you’re feeling lonely, think about the friends or family you might have as part of your community and reach out to one of them. Share what you are in need of and how they can hold space for you. #presenceofmind
@calm Check in with yourself to see if you are feeling good or anxious about discussing mental health with your parents. Know that you don’t have to do it alone, speak with your counselor, or anyone in your support network that can join the conversation with you. #presenceofmind
@calm A few coping mechanisms that can help with stress and anxiety are:
Going for a walk, journaling, deep breathing, seeking support from your community and checking in with yourself to see what you need. #presenceofmind
Social media can definitely bring on different emotions that can be uncomfortable. when your’e starting to feel anxious or sense toxic content, set boundaries for yourself. Unfollow any content that brings on discomfort and anxiety. #presenceofmind
@calm finding something that can help you to transition into your rest state each day can be of help for those sleepless nights. For example, a warm bath each night can be a way of relaxing the mind and body where you can now focus on getting the rest that you need. #presenceofmind
@calm If you’re not sure if therapy is the right fit for you, schedule a free consult with several providers/healers and share what you are in need of mentally, emotionally, spiritually etc. #presenceofmind
