@Muskstaycalm This is a good thing if you’re active, especially if you do lots of cardio. It means your heart is efficient and arteries are clear. Now, if you aren’t active at all I would get this checked out asap. Otherwise this is great, I know athletes that have a 40bpm.

@baube19 @Muskstaycalm If you have a low resting BPM that’s not a bad thing. It’s actually the contrary. I know athletes that have a low resting heart rate, and it simply means your heart and arteries are very clear and efficient. Now, if you aren’t athletic then that’s when i would go see a doctor.
