@Simms2673@BrndnStrssng I don't think it's the real guy, unless he for some reason has a 2nd account under his real name with 99% fewer followers than his main one. Stranger things have happened on the internet, but seems like he's a big enough name to where people would've noticed his evil alter ego.
@Eyles007@MarkMaddenX Fighters drill sequences they want to use in their fight like that at literally every halfway serious combat sports event ever. Absolutely hilarious ignorance to think "I'll take her down and armbar her immediately" would be something she'd need to rehearse, let alone day-of.
@THEBEBBLER@davemeltzerWON Choshu and Tanahashi were the two go-to guys for 95% of the dozens of (mostly college-aged) Japanese people I talked pro wrasslin' with from around 2012 to 2020. Most of them also knew Inoki, but often said that they didn't even think to categorize him as a wrestler.
@Housariapl@realmetmuster@sdckpx@Scratch_Point_Z No, they literally do. Having an opinion (even if it's based on fundamentally misunderstanding a aspects of the topic) is fine, but maybe reconsider chiming in when you lack the necessary insight to contribute to the discussion. You for sure haven't studied Japanese.
@ConsoleWonders@DuxNoOkami What did they do with it that you hate? (Genuine question - I also didn't like Metaphor nearly as much as Persona, though IMO they have such an overabundance of shared DNA that it really felt like stepping half a decade back into P5.)
@HolaBenjito@LTGetsPolitical That's an insane thing to think. Check back in a decade or two if there won't be ample evidence of survivors of these atrocities having become radicalized by their experiences.
@WadePlem@Ben_Sapo123 The thousands of times people have been choked out in professional and amateur MMA (+ in training) without issue. There's overwhelming empirical evidence that it's usually not a big deal, and certainly much safer than getting KO'd. For sure still a stupid stunt, though.
@cskaelin999@DoctorLemma Rental Family is basically Werner Herzog's Family Romance LLC, which is based on (and stars) one of the guys who IRL performs and runs the Rental Family-style service.
@fnub_@Corey_Feldman I don't know a thing about Reiner outside of having seen him in All in the Family a few times, but there seems to be zero evidence in support of what you're posting here. All signs point to him not being on the list at all in fact.
