I am NOT having a good week. Jason picked me up in York & we broke down! Since then waiting for @TheRAC_UK now 3 hours and they are saying another 2-3 before they can help us. Unable to lock the car and leave it. I’ve had 5 hours sleep since Saturday. Chin up bab! #racfail
@TheRAC_UK Automated texts for hours in to the night when the only mechanic on the island hadn’t been notified at all. Cost us a fortune and we are exhausted travelling with animals, stranded in Oban now. Where is the rescue truck?? #breakdown#racfail

@btbusinesscare Sadly they’re not helping. I’m being charged £85 for overspend on data. We no longer have a business premises and your dongle is so slow I cannot WFH... Please escalate and help. Small businesses can’t survive like this.
@BTBusiness My business @ToadsCaravan has no premises due to the pandemic, we only have a 4G dongle to use at home (PAINFULLY SLOW). Being forced to pay in full and this month received my highest bill yet!!!!! Please deal with this BT. Then this when trying to use the app...
